What's the problem?

Bupa Global is working on making this website compatible with as many browsers as possible but currently we only support Internet Explorer and Firefox. We are not yet supporting Safari, Crome or the Mac OS. We are working on this and we hope to support all major browsers and Mac machines in the near future.

What can you do now?

Please switch browser to either Firefox or Internet Explorer and try again. If you are using Firefox on a Mac machine and see this message then we advise you to try a Windows powered PC.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Cookies
A cookie is a small, harmless text file, placed on your computer by a web server as a kind of ID tag.

They were introduced to make it easier for users accessing their favourite sites, without having to identify themselves each time they visit. They have received some bad press in the past, as various entities use them in a process known as ''website tracking'', to track your movements across the web. However, any negative press is mainly unfounded and they can actually aid security by identifying you as a registered user of secure pages.
